Woods Aitken, LincolnHR, and the Lincoln Journal Star would like to invite you to participate in the 2026 Best Places to Work in Lincoln survey, which measures employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace.

Why participate?

Winners are chosen by employees. Results are based exclusively on employee responses to an Employee Engagement Survey developed and confidentially administered by Quantum Workplace.

FREE* Participation, but invaluable insights. There is no cost to take part in the survey, and you’ll gain meaningful insight into your workplace culture.

Quick and easy participation. The survey takes employees only a few minutes to complete.

Recognition across four company-size categories. Awards will be given in each of the following categories: small companies, medium companies, large companies, and extra-large companies. Companies must have a minimum of 10 employees in Lancaster County to participate.

Public recognition for top performers. The top performing companies will be honored at a Best Places to Work awards celebration in June 2026 and featured in a special supplement of the Lincoln Journal Star.

Only one nomination per company is needed. To nominate a company, you must identify a contact person at the company, which is typically a human resources manager, office manager, marketing director, or president.

*Finalist companies who would like to include the Best Places to Work in Lincoln logo in their marketing will have the opportunity to purchase an advertising package from the event media partner in advance of the awards celebration.
