New Coaching Program - "Inflamed to Inspired"

This 8-week program is designed for you to identify the root-cause of your inflammation, and take the steps towards healing each specific area. Weekly, we will deep dive into how we can heal our bodies through anti-inflammatory foods and lifestyle changes that make all the difference in how we feel. 

As a holistic health & nutrition coach, I value taking an alternative and non-invasive way towards healing, as I've personally had to learn how manage chronic back pain & severe bloating for 3+ years. I understand the frustration that comes when we try to appreciate a body that seems to be "failing us" - which is why I also lead a RISE coaching group titled "Mindset Matters".
