Join us for our next Growth and Development Forum as we welcome Adam Flanagan and JP Platisha from Bluestem Capital Partners. This forum will focus on Community Improvement Districts (CIDs), a new tool available to Nebraska communities after a bill passed by Senator Mike Jacobson of North Platte (LB 1130) during the 2026 Nebraska Legislative Session. We will also welcome Lauren Obermier, Director of Business Development for the Lincoln Partnership of Economic Development. Lauren will give an update on the recently announced Lincoln FastTrack Program.
