Speaker: Ndamukong Suh 

Ndamukong Suh is the definition of a champion—both on and off the field. A Super Bowl Champion and one of the most dominant defensive linemen in NFL history, he has built a reputation just as formidable in the world of business. After an impressive 13-year career in the NFL, his journey began long before the draft. A standout at the University of Nebraska, he earned a degree in Construction Management Engineering, a foundation that would prove invaluable to his second act as an entrepreneur and visionary investor.

Suh's business ventures span multiple industries, from real estate to hospitality. He is the Managing Partner of House of Spears Management, an investment portfolio with stakes in leading companies and funds like MarcyPen and Andreessen Horowitz’s Cultural Leadership Fund. In real estate, he is a Partner in HMS Developments, focusing on community-focused projects and workforce housing.

He now brings his competitive edge and business savvy to his new podcast, "No Free Lunch," where he speaks with athletes and experts about how the most successful people in sports manage their money and grow their wealth.
