Face the Chamber is a popular luncheon event held seven times annually with speakers addressing a variety of topics including public policy issues and updates on matters affecting business and our quality of life. Speaker: Jason Hellbusch, Corporate Director of Administration, Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp.

Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp., U.S.A. (KMM) is a division of Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. in Japan.  It has been a fixture in Lincoln for 50 years. KMM currently consists of three divisions in Lincoln along with two in Missouri.  The plant manufactures side by side utility and recreation utility vehicles as well as ATV’s in the Consumer Products Division.   The Railcar Division builds commuter railcars, currently focusing on the R211 car for the New York City Transit Authority. KMM added an Aerospace Division in 2017 and is building cargo doors for the Boeing 777x. KMM also has locations in Maryville and Boonville, Missouri (General Purpose Engine Division) that produce small engines primarily for the commercial mowing industry.

Jason began his career at KMM in May, 1998 as a production engineer. ManamgentHe has held various roles in the Engineering, Quality and Human Resource departments.  Currently, Jason is the Corporate Director of Administration, overseeing Accounting, Information System & Technology, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Human Resources, Payroll, Safety, Training and Wellness for the five divisions in Nebraska and Missouri.
