Kris Peterson, Leadership Harbor

Kris Peterson is a Leadership Coach, Team Culture, Sales, & Communication Trainer, and Speaker.  She is also an Executive Program Consultant with The Maxwell Leadership Team, and serves on the President’s Advisory Council.  As a coach, Kris believes in empowering people to realize their potential with confidence and influence. She began her coaching career in 2005, as a church coach, helping congregations and pastors to develop their ministries and missions.  In the process she realized she needed a better way to teach people how to be leaders.  Since then, she has used her training in The Maxwell Leadership Team to help people lead themselves and others more intentionally and discover true significance in their personal and professional lives.
