Called the "female Jerry Maguire" by CNN and ESPN, Molly is a successful entrepreneur, author and trailblazer in every sense of the word. Join us as we hear the unconventional techniques that helped Molly Fletcher thrive as one of the first female agents in professional sports. Representing hundreds of the biggest names in sports including John Smoltz, Tom Izzo, Erin Andrews and Doc Rivers, her keynote address will motivate us to change our perspective, embrace challenge and trade fear for curiosity.
