Mural Apartments offers 90 one- and two-bedroom affordable units, helping service workers, educators, and young professionals live near the jobs and services in Lincoln's urban core. On the commercial side, street-level suites are designed to bring essential services, locally owned businesses, and neighborhood retail to downtown, creating local jobs and new foot traffic on Centennial Mall.\n\nMURAL connects the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, the State Capitol, state offices, and the Historic Haymarket, and was made possible through partnerships with the City of Lincoln and many local and state organizations.
