Thank you for your interest in hosting/sponsoring one of our popular Lincoln Chamber networking events.

Please complete this form to submit your request. Keep in mind, the host facility is responsible for all costs of the event unless they are working with a co-sponsor. The host may partner with other Chamber members to provide products/services for the event. A list of current members can be found here.

Networking Events:

 

The HIVE - a bi-monthly coffee meetup.

 

 

 

The LNK – an after-hours get together held every other month.

 

 

Why Sponsor/Host:

  • Lincoln Chamber members and guests have an opportunity to see your space.
  • Sponsorship boosts your presence and opens yourself up to new connections and customers.
  • Receive business cards from event guests to follow up with attendees after the event.
  • Have your company logo featured on the LCOC website, digital marketing and social.
  • Opportunity for a company representative to make comments (2-3 minutes) during event program.

Set Up:

  • Host provides the following:

    • Two tables by entrance – one for registration, one for name badges

    • Trash cans
    • Coat rack (weather dependent)
    • Bowl for business card collection
    • Any additional tables or set up for food/beverages
    • Microphone, if available
  • Chamber staff will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event and provide:

    • Registration list
    • Name badges
    • Event signage

Food and Beverage Requirements:

For the HIVE:

  • Coffee and breakfast items for approximately 40 attendees

For the LNK:

  • Appetizers (mix of hot and cold items) for approximately 100 attendees
  • Bar services – host provides one drink ticket per attendee, with a cash bar available (including non-alcoholic options)
