Why Are We Still Talking About This

Over 30 years ago it was predicted that a talented group of women would “soon” break into the realms of corporate board rooms and senior management. It has taken much longer than expected to see the growth of women in corporate leadership. In this session, I will talk about my journey, accomplishments and struggles and why it might be that we are still talking about women breaking barriers 30 years later.
