Speaker: Scott Henderson, Managing Director of NMotion

A human spark plug and world-class connector, he can turn “something strong” into “something superb” through focusing on what makes you stand out. Scott is currently the managing director of NMotion Accelerator Studio, a gener8tor program, based in Lincoln, Nebraska.

His career arc includes creating and building companies, raising charitable donations for universities, running a capital campaign consultancy, creating digital strategies for brands and nonprofits, leading social and entrepreneurial movements, and cultivating stronger innovation ecosystems in metro Atlanta, central Indiana, and Nebraska.

You might recognize him from his leadership of the UN’s 7 Billion Actions campaign, Committee to Protect Journalist’s Speak Justice Now campaign, TLC/Discovery Channel’s Sarah Palin’s Alaska digital team, Hypepotamus.com, TechSquareATL.com, or VP and Chief Entrepreneurial Officer of the Purdue Research Foundation. Maybe you came across him as the host and producer of Project Tumbleweed, a real-time documentary about life in America during a pandemic.

He is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and among a select number of practitioners focused on strengths-based innovation and entrepreneurship. For the past 20 years, he has leveraged strengths-based leadership insights to assemble and lead high performing teams. He’s also a sought after keynote speaker, breakout session leader, and event emcee.

Proud to be from Nebraska with tour stops in Indiana, Boston, and Atlanta, he is an amateur poet and sourdough baker in his spare time. Keep up with him on Twitter or LinkedIn. Drop him some ”electronic” mail.
