Child Guidance Center Turns to New Brand
Lincoln, Nebraska (December 24, 2018)—Child Guidance Center is excited to announce a rebrand that will highlight their hope-filled services for children and families. The public launch of the new brand will take place on November 8th, at 10:00 a.m., at Child Guidance Center located at 2444 “O” Street. This will include a ribbon cutting ceremony to highlight new signage with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. Mayor Chris Beutler has been invited to speak along with John Neal, Child Guidance Center Board Chair, Katie McLeese Stephenson, Child Guidance Center Executive Director, and Eddie Brown, from the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.
For almost 70 years, Child Guidance Center has played an invaluable role in providing children and families coping with mental health issues and trauma with the skills they need to heal and be successful.
Insights from leadership, staff and supporters revealed the need to update the current brand to better reflect the full range of services provided, including: crisis and residential, extended day treatment, outpatient services and school based programs.
The new name and branding were crafted to represent an organization that inspires children and families to move forward – to heal, be courageous and find strength to live well.
