PICKERING ACQUIRES AIJALON
LINCOLN, Neb. – Pickering Creative Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Aijalon, a creative marketing firm with core services in branding, identity development, and website design and deployment. Pickering is a marketing communications firm providing client-focused solutions in the areas of marketing, design, website development, and tradeshow exhibits.
Pickering president Chad Pomajzl states, “2008 was an excellent year for Pickering as we have achieved substantial growth in our client base. The acquisition of Aijalon was a strategic business decision that enables us to fully support the needs of our clients while expanding the breadth of our service offerings. This was an excellent way to add exciting new dimensions to our web development services and depth to our creative team. Aijalon clients will also enjoy access to expanded marketing and exhibit services.”
Aijalon president and founder Jason Petersen adds, “This move is the result of a year of research and planning as to how we could offer a broader range of services to our clients. When the Pickering opportunity came to light, I realized we could grow while building on the solid foundation of a well-established, well-respected firm. We are very pleased to become part of the Pickering team.” Petersen will serve as Pickering’s Vice President.
Pomajzl and Petersen have both stated their eagerness to combine forces, as this will let them each focus more fully on their strengths, while providing clients with enhanced marketing solutions.

The newly combined staff of 22 is located at the Pickering Creative Group facility at 8001 S. 13th Street in Lincoln, which features the region’s largest exhibit showroom.
