Chamber 150 in 2020!

Help Us Celebrate Our 150th Anniversary in 2020!

In 2020, we will have a year-long celebration for our 150th Chamber Anniversary! We are collecting stories, history, photos and more to help us celebrate. Lincoln has had many milestones in the last 150 years since the Lincoln Chamber was founded. We'll be interviewing community leaders throughout the year, and you can watch their stories below. However, we can't interview everybody, so we want you to submit your proudest and fondest moments as a Lincolnite! We'd love to tell YOUR story as we tell the story of our city.

Fill out the form at the bottom of the page to share your story! Have questions or more information to share? Contact info@lcoc.com. We can't wait to hear from you!

Alice Dittman made the history books with all her "firsts." She was the first woman bank president in Lincoln and Omaha, the first woman to become president of the Nebraska Bankers Association and the first woman to chair numerous boards, including the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce in 1988, 118 years after our founding. We chatted about what Lincoln means to her and why she will ALWAYS choose it.

Some may know him from his time serving as chair for the Lincoln Young Professionals Group. Others may know him as the owner of Nebraska Brokerage. Either way he loves #LNK and being a part of the Lincoln Chamber community. Check out what Tom Beckius had to say about our 150th anniversary!

This video was recorded at the start of 2020, and it's a great reminder of how far Lincoln has come as we push forward in the months ahead. We started this video series to not only celebrate the Lincoln Chamber's 150th anniversary, but also to celebrate the incredible community we live in. Hear from Eric and Stephanie Dinger with Powderhook and Union Bank & Trust!
